No one is excluded from touring our facilities or purchasing a timeshare. Must be 24 years of age or older. You (and spouse, if married) must attend at least 90 minutes of an informative sales presentation on the benefits of ownership at South Beach Resort. To be eligible for this special offer, you (and spouse, if married) must have a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000. If married, couples will be required to tour together.

This offer is not valid in connection with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer at South Beach Resort or Crown Park Resort, residents of Horry or Georgetown County in SC, and employees of Burroughs & Chapin Company and its subsidiaries are ineligible. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for up to two adults and two children. Sorry, no pets allowed. Savings and accommodations may vary by season. Standard value of accommodations is $100.00 per night. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must call at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a $99 administrative fee. Additional charges may apply for some holidays and special events. In the event you are a no-show or do not attend at least 90 minutes of the sales presentation, the difference between the special package price, if any, and the currently published nightly rate at that time, plus taxes, will be charged to your credit card.
